Express Housing (Expres Boligudlejning) has been in the market for more than 30 years and the company was bought in the beginning of year 2001 by Mr. Jan Henningsen, which since then has focused the company on renting out houses and apartments to international and Danish companies, embassies, international organisations, expats and good stable Danish tenants.

Mr. Jan Henningsen has been working in different banks for more than 20 years, the last 13 years as an employee of the Nordea Banking group (formerly known as Unibank of Denmark)
